EventXpo 2025 and Kind Malaysia 2025 – Advancing Impact Through Business Events

EventXpo 2025, Malaysia’s premier business events marketplace, is set to return from 7 to 9 August 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, bringing together industry leaders under the unifying theme Business Events Build Nations. This year’s edition is expected to be the most dynamic to date, highlighting the industry’s vital role in driving innovation, economic progress, and meaningful collaboration.

Organised by the Malaysian Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers (MACEOS), EventXpo 2025 will showcase participation from over 90 companies, two state pavilions, and international exhibitors from Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, India, and Singapore. Exhibitors will present forward-thinking solutions that are shaping the future of the business events landscape—from advanced event technology and digital engagement tools to sustainable practices and modern venue services.
